You can measure yourself with a belt or dressing gown cord and a 30cm ruler! Tie the belt around your hips, place a piece of tape or pinch where it reaches, then lay flat and carefully use the ruler to measure the length.

WUKA Ultimate High Waist Super Heavy Flow period pants are our most absorbent underwear and so comfy to wear with 45% stretch. Wear up to 12 hours, they will feel dry until they are full. Use tissue paper to remove any clots during wearing, the same as with disposables. You know your flow best.

Wear the High Waist Heavy Flow when your bleeding recovers to pre-birth levels. Breathable and still holds as much as 4 tampons worth.

What's inside?

Two pairs of Super (60ml) and two Heavy (20ml) period pants.
Super Heavy absorbs at least 60ml of period flow or light leaks / 12 tampons' worth.
Heavy absorbs at least 20ml of period flow or light leaks / 4 tampons' worth.
High-waisted style, super stretch - up to 45% stretch at the waist, so you stay comfy and supported, even when bloated!
Sustainably sourced and manufactured from Tencel™ fabric, 3.5x softer than cotton with Eco Soft Technology.
The pad is thicker than other styles - 3mm thick, around the same as a super absorbent disposable pad.

	Wash and Rinse - after use then wash on delicate cycle 40°C/105°F.
	AIR DRY: Avoid tumble drying. They'll take about the same amount of time to dry as a pair of thick sports socks. Dry before use to activate fibres for full absorbency.
