I absolutely loved the colours, they look really cool. I didn't expect them to get as warm as they do, so this was just as good as using a hot water bottle - maybe even better
I wear these on my long car journeys to work and they really help soothe my upper back which can get really stiff. The heat is immediate and lasts for ages- much longer than 12hrs stated. I'm recommending these to all my family and friends- household essential and so much safer than hot water bottles!

I used these for my period pain as I was heading out to my weekend job where I am on my feet all day and I wanted something soothing and comforting alongside taking paracetamol. I found the patch really soothing and I was able to move it around, so used it on my tummy for a while and then moved it to my back. I also shared them with a couple of my friends and they found them really helpful during the school day. You just need some extra comfort and localised relief when you have bad period pains, these work in conjunction with pain meds.
Initially sceptical of fit as used to getting panty lines with most underwear due to my shape. Comfortable, perfect fit (I am a size 12 bottoms and got L-3XL, very comfy fit as wanted no tightness to add to period pains, still secure fit). Flattering, no bulging anywhere or panty lines. Got the heavy flow and absorbs so well, wicks moisture away so fast. Play sports in them too and still great, best decision I made. I ordered a thong for medium flow but wished I’d just ordered more of this style instead!
I could tell that the Wuka basics hipster knickers were high quality but sadly I found them really uncomfortable and returned them (which has been an easy process so far). They dug into my inner thighs/bikini line (fit everywhere else), but I think the size large would be too big. I found the hipster style on me unflattering and awkward unfortunately and I could tell they wouldn’t be good under any tight clothing. If I re order I will choose a more expensive style with a higher leg/waist.
The patch was warm for whole day its easy to apply and stays in place, sooth the pain.
Love them. Do exactly what I need them to.
Are a little matronly and give a visible panty line, but a small price to pay for something that is safe and comfortable for my body.
Hi! I stumbled across these when searching for period pants that are designed to wear without the need for pads since I have an 11 year old daughter who is only verbal to an extent. I tried to get her to wear pads but she just hates them and removes and hides them at every opportunity! This is neither practical or hygienic and for both of our sanity searched in desperation for something designed for sensory sensitive women/girls that wasn't disposable (due to the material) and I came across these. Initially thought wow these are expensive BUT what is my daughters disability allowance for if its not for this so I decided to give them a try. I pulled out the pants, my daughter looked at them recognised they are not her usual ones and said "no" but i knew, because of the material that if I could just get them on she would be fine so I took a deep breath looked her square in the eyes and said "yes" and proceeded to put them on. Now I went for the xs size since she is petite but I wish I had sized up as although they do stretch and fit I don't feel she has much growing room before I will need to go up a size. I can confirm my daughter was absolutely fine with them, she felt the thickness inside and tried to find the hidden pad but couldn't, she kept these on all day and night, they held perfectly, I washed them and they came out fine! I would definitely recommend these to anyone experiencing the same struggle! She's comfortable and I can relax knowing there isn't sanitary pads stuffed down the side of her bed!
As someone who has struggled with period pain for years, I can honestly say that WUKA's pain relief heat patch is a game-changer. I usually have really painful cramps on my lower abdomen. The moment I tried it, I felt immediate relief. The patch is super easy to apply and discreet enough to wear under clothes, so I didn’t have to worry about it showing when I was out and about. It provides consistent heat for more than 12 hours, I would say 16 hours, I actually took it with me on my holiday and used just to warm body. Super versatile, and easy to use. As good as painkiller.
Bought for slight incontinence problem but found only suitable for very small leakage so not good to wear for a good few hours which is what I wanted. Free gift was 3 cardboard crackers advertising WUKA so went straight in the bin!

These are crazy absorbent, and I didn't have any leaks overnight, which is impressive considering my period is heavy. Unfortunately the mesh isn't too comfortable (I am autistic, so textures like that bother me) and they are a little bigger than expected.
Have bought primark ones in the past but they soon get a funny smell no matter how well cared for / washed they have been!
Tried modibodi but I felt they didn’t have enough styles etc.
Gave Wuka a go with a 5 park of the super stretch. I’m a size 14 ish and got the smaller size, they fit lovely and really do stretch!!
The only thing that can be slightly annoying is the thickness (more so towards the bum/back side) as it can just feel hot/clammy 😅 and pulling them up after the toilet - getting the right piece of fabric 😂
But honestly it’s so minor and they are fab overall! I just got another 5 pack (thought I ordered a 7!😩) and now throwing away my other pairs that aren’t good!
My daughter tried several brands and liked these best so when she grew a little and we saw there was an offer on there was only one choice for us. They tick all the boxes. Can't rave about them enough.
These are amazing, I’ve used them for many years now and will never go back! Very comfortable, no matter how heavy. Great quality and super soft, they are an absolute joy to wear. They fit wonderful but if you are in between sizes you should possibly size up for those super bloated days at the beginning, nothing worse than a tight waistband when you’re cramping.
I bought these for my pre teen as she is showing all the signs of possibly starting soon, she loves them! She wore them to see how comfortable they would be and to prepare her for the future and she said they were just like normal knickers and loved them. You just need to change your starter packs so that they include 5 pairs of the boxers with the wet bag, at the moment you only do plain knickers in those sets.
I’m really struggling with my period it’s so heavy and painful I mean like constantly on the toilet to change this WUKA pants are game changer to me I’ve been sceptical about it but I tried and ordered another pants to have as they are so comfortable even they are tight but no uncomfortable also they survived my period thank you to whoever came with WUKA pants my friends are gonna get them too on my advertising as they know I do have really bad one so at least something good about our monthly circle
